Delivery Schedule
- Delivery within 1 to 3 working days after ordering (we will contact the customer to confirm the delivery date and time)
- ** Office hours or evenings can also be arranged. If you wish to specify a delivery time, you can leave a note when placing the order. If there is no note, we will contact you after receiving the order to make an appointment and arrange delivery.
Delivery Instructions:
- No delivery service shall be available on the public holiday of Hong Kong
- When typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted; or any such weather condition whereby delivery is considered unsafe.
- WAH KEE reserves the right to decline delivery of any Product to any Customer at its sole discretion.
- All products sold are non-refundable.
- The products displayed on this website are in limited quantity and are subject to availability. If the ordered product is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
- If the customer gives special instructions to us, the delivery items can be placed outside the door or at the lobby security and the relevant payment has been paid - the customer is responsible for such delivery at his own risk.
